Nunavut Trade Show: A trade show brought to you by the Baffin Regional Chamber of Commerce that highlights businesses, government and services that serve Nunavut. This trade show is held annually at the Arctic Winter Games Arena in Iqaluit.

Arctic Food Celebration: Organized by the Iqaluit Tourism Business Association, the Arctic Food Festival invites local hospitality industry professionals and businesses to cook up their signature arctic dishes. Using country foods and creativity, this is an event not to be missed.

Nunavut Arts Festival: The event brings artists from Nunavut communities to network with each other, expand their knowledge, learn more about marketing, meet galleries and exhibit and sell their artwork.

Nunavut Day: On July 9, 1993, the Right Honourable Ramon Hnatyshyn, Governor General of Canada, gave royal assent to two new laws: the Nunavut Act and the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement Act. This marked the implementation of events that led to the creation of Nunavut and its new public government. Since 1999, the residents of Nunavut celebrate with many events taking place in each community from parades to traditional feasts.
